New Orleans and Ray Nagin are embarrassing Well Ray Nagin came away holding on to the vote in the New Orleans mayor elections this weekend. I can't believe the people of New Orelans would re-elect someone who handled everything about the hurricane Katrina disaster so badly. All he did for the disaster is get in the way and point his finger at everyone else. Since then time and time again he's embarrassed New Orleans and Louisiana with absurd and often senseless comments.
